Altcoins Severely lag Behind Bitcoin in This Latest Bull run

The current cryptocurrency market momentum tends to skew the numbers a bit. Whereas Bitcoin is closing in on its all-time high, the other top markets are not even remotely close.

That is only normal, as Bitcoin leads this industry by quite a margin.

Altcoins Aren’t Following the Bitcoin Trend yet

It will also continue to do so for the foreseeable future, if not forever.

That doesn’t necessarily mean that other top markets should remain so far behind as they are today.

Ethereum, for example, still has over $1,000 to go to reach a new all-time high.

XRP is even further removed, as it still struggles to break $0.3 despite all of this bullish momentum.

It will be interesting to see how all of this evolves in the months to come.

More often than not, alternative markets play catch-up with Bitcoin.

It may even be a moral victory to not see altcoins bleed value now that Bitcoin surpassed $10,000 again.

The cryptocurrency markets often work in mysterious ways, which is what makes them so exciting.

On Reddit, optimism remains high, although most traders know patience is of the essence.

Keeping that in mind, the remainder of 2020 should be very interesting to keep an eye on.

One can only hope this is the beginning of major fireworks for the top crypto assets worth their salt.
